有机材料

[优点]:重量轻、可加工性好、致密性高、保温隔热效果好

[缺点]:易燃烧、工程成本较高,难以循环再利用

1、膨胀聚苯板-导热系数0.039W/(m·K)

膨胀聚苯板由可发性聚苯乙烯珠粒经加热预发泡后在模具中加热成型而制得的具有闭孔结构的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板材,简称EPS板。Expanded polystyrene board is a polystyrene foamed plastic board with closed cell structure, which is made from expandable polystyrene beads which are heated and pre foamed and then heated in a mold. It is called EPS board for short.

2、石墨改性模塑聚苯-导热系数0.033W/(m·K)

石墨改性模塑聚苯板是以进口或国产石墨改性聚苯乙烯为原材料,模具中加热制造成型的保温板材。分散在聚乙烯中的纳米级片状石墨粒子具有对红外线反射效果,可有效降低长波热辐射,降低板材导热系数,该产品绝热系能力比普通EPS至少高出20~30%,有助于提高能效并减少二氧化碳的排放Graphite modified molded polystyrene board is an insulation board made from imported or domestic graphite modified polystyrene as raw material and heated in a mold. 3、挤塑聚苯板-导热系数0.028~0.030W/(m·K)

挤塑聚苯板也是聚苯板的一种,只不过生产工艺是挤塑成型。挤塑板简称XPS板,以聚苯乙烯树脂或其共聚物为主要成分,添加少量添加剂,通过加热挤塑成型而制得的具有闭孔结构的硬质泡沫塑料制品。Extruded polystyrene board is also a type of polystyrene board, but the production process is extrusion molding.
